SiteWire offers a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You get full access to permits, alerts, and contractor data from day one, with no obligation to subscribe.

Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until that date.

Refunds

Because SiteWire offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, we do not issue refunds on paid subscriptions as a general policy. Exceptions are made at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Billing errors (duplicate charges or wrong amounts charged)
• Service outages exceeding 24 consecutive hours within a paid period, prorated to the affected days
• Annual subscribers who request a refund within 48 hours of their first annual charge

How to request a refund

Email hello@sitewire.ca with your account email and a description of the issue. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
